No May Sale

Saturday, 9 - Sunday, 10 May 2026

It is with immense sadness and shock, we announce the passing of Marc Poupart, out IT guru and member of the team since our very first auction in November 2008. His university assignment was to build and operate a public auction computer system and as they say, the rest is history! Many of you who attended our auctions knew him as the mild mannered and quiet but ever helpful young man who sat next to Christine in the administration office. Our sincere condolences go out to his wife, Simone and their 2 young children. Under the circumstances, we have had to abandon the plans for our 9th & 10th May auction as his expertise and work was pivotal to the auction’s success. We are unable to secure our venue for 2 consecutive days on a weekend before our already scheduled October sale. Therefore Sale 37 will go ahead on Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th October. We have contacted all those that had pre-booked flights and our many vendors who have all agreed for us to retain their material for this sale, the majority of which has been described. Our apologies for any inconvenience to those we have not contacted in person and please rest assured, we will endeavour to have our service back in full operation shortly. Please also feel free to contact myself or John McPhee (0466 661541) with any questions or to submit material for the October sale.
