1943 (19th Oct) £1 grey & £2 black & rose both ovptd "SPECIMEN" used in combination with ½d orange kangaroo & 3½d KGVI on Air Mail env addressed to Killara tied by "R.A.A.F. 630 Australia" cds's with neighbouring "RAAF CENSOR 448" & "R.A.A.F. POSTAL CONCESSION RATE" h/s's in violet. The £2 with "white flaw in Bight" variety (ACSC 58Ds, Cat. $1300). Light staining around each stamp but no damage to any of them & remains an attractive cover. So much for the "Concessional" rate!
