1918 (18th Dec) outbound cover to Switzerland bearing KGV ½d green vert pairs x 2 & single (2½d total franking) with "Opened by Censor" tape at left even though 18 Dec 1918 date! Overstruck with double franked "PASSED BY CENSOR, 1." in violet. Interestingly, the "T/10" Tax marking has been obliterated by pencil, as the 3d was the rate incl ½d War Tax but this was no longer applicable.
