1915 H.M.A.S. "Australia" covers x 2 each with GB 1d red tied by a different "dumb" cancel with boxed "PASSED BY NAVAL CENSOR" or double ringed "PASSED SHIP'S CENSOR" h/s's, the latter redirected from Subiaco to Cottesloe with 7 AP 15 & 8 AP 15 cds's respectively. Minor staining & latter with repaired flap-tear but a scarce duo with the markings known to have been used aboard "Australia" which spent most of the war in British waters where it was twice rammed by "friendly forces"! (2)
