1885-1892 "SPECIMEN" ovpts for UPU distribution. All fine MLH except 4d chestnut which has been soaked leaving it a little faded without gum. SG 94as, 96s, 975s, 98s, 99s & 102s, Cat. £600 + SG 958 1d carmine also ovptd "SPECIMEN" but not recorded in SG or in "The William McGredie Collection" catalogue. Minimal o.g. with slight offset. If its a forgery, its a good one! (6)
